Good news! We no longer have an exposure limit so you can apply for as many loans as you’d like. Additional streamlined benefits include a borrower-specific portal where you can initiate draws and a fast-track option available on select loans for an additional fee. Ask your AE for details.
It depends upon who you closed with:
- If you originated with Finance of America Commercial by Roc 360 (5-digit loan numbers), contact your AE to explain the new draws process.
- If you closed a loan with Finance of America Commercial/Finance of America (10+ digit loan numbers), email the FOA Draws team at facodraws@financeofamerica.com.

Yes. Our loan programs are designed solely for residential, non-owner occupied, business-purpose investment properties. 5+ unit residential multifamily properties are eligible for financing, but properties that contain any units with a commercial use (e.g. office buildings, retail space, hotels) are not eligible.
